West Coast Culinary Symposium AS LIII/2019

We are halfway through the time allotted for Tier Two registration! If you have not registered do so now before the registration fee goes up!!

Below you will find all the information you need regarding the event!

Interested in learning about historical food? Want to take classes from a variety of talented teachers from all over the Known World? Need to immerse yourself in a weekend full of culinary delight and education? Want to geek out and meet other foodie folks. Or do you just want to eat some great food – cooks need eaters!?

Then West Coast Culinary Symposium (WCCS) is calling your name!

Join us on Friday, April 19th through Sunday, April 21st 2018 in the wonderful setting of Camp Namanu in Sandy, Oregon. Lodging (heated cabins) for campers and availability for day trippers. Everyone wishing to attend must pre-register (day trippers too!) and fill out the registration form (see link below). Food is included in the cost for all participants. A list of currently scheduled classes can be found on the WCCS Facebook page (see link below). Check back often as the list continues to grow! This event is hosted by the Barony of Dragon’s Mist in the lands of Three Mountains.

Registration for the event is from NOVEMBER 1st 2018 and will be open through April 1st 2019

Tier 1 Registration
November 1 – December 31st 2018.
Member $80 / Non-Member $85 / Day Fee Member $45 / Day Fee Non member $50

Tier 2 Registration
January 1 – February 28th 2019.
Member $90 / Non-Member $95 / Day Fee Member $50 / Day Fee Non member $55

Tier 3 Registration
March 1 – April 1st 2019.
Member $100 / Non-Member $105 / Day Fee Member $60 / Day Fee Non member $65
